Lead strategic logistics projects from requirement definition to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
Identify opportunities for logistics cost optimization, process improvement, lead-time reduction, and service enhancement.
Develop strong understanding of landed factor/landed cost and analyze its components across suppliers, countries, categories, routes, and modes.
Conduct landed factor variance and root-cause analysis and recommend actionable cost optimization initiatives.
Build scenario analysis and business cases to assess the impact of freight, duty, routing, mode, and other logistics cost variables.
Drive end-to-end shipment visibility, monitoring ETD/ETA, transit times, delays, exceptions, and delivery performance.
Develop and maintain logistics dashboards and KPIs to provide clear visibility on cost, shipment performance, risks, and service levels.
Proactively identify shipment risks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate delays and business impact.
Analyze logistics data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for management.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives within logistics.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure successful execution of projects and improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Logistics professional with 4+ years of experience to join our team as Manager – Logistics. The role will focus on leading strategic logistics projects, optimizing landed factor/cost, strengthening end-to-end shipment visibility, and driving data-led logistics improvements. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight partners, and corporate teams to deliver measurable improvements in cost, service, and efficiency.
