As champions of Lean, we ensure our teams understand the transformative benefits it brings, enhancing safety, quality, and speed. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is integral to our AstraZeneca Supply System, fostering equipment reliability and people capability to deliver medicines swiftly and affordably.
