주요 업무
1. 운송 프로세스 기획 및 최적화
비즈니스 요구사항에 따라 운송 전략을 수립하고 집하, 분류, 간선 운송, 배송 등 전 과정의 운영을 최적화합니다.
운송 경로를 최적화하여 반송률을 최소화하고 운영 효율을 향상시킵니다.
표준 운영 프로세스(SOP)를 구축하고 지속적으로 개선하여 비용 절감 및 생산성 향상을 추진합니다.
2. 운송사 및 자원 관리
우수 운송사를 발굴 및 평가하고 성과 관리 체계를 운영합니다.
운송사의 일상 운영 현황을 모니터링하고 발생하는 이슈를 해결합니다.
운송 자원을 통합 관리하고 신규 운송 채널 개발, 노선 최적화 및 운송 용량 계획을 수행합니다.
서비스 품질 및 정시 배송률을 관리합니다.
3. 운영 모니터링 및 문제 해결
운송 비용, 운영 효율성, 손익 등 주요 지표를 실시간으로 모니터링합니다.
운영 리스크를 사전에 식별하고 이상 상황 발생 시 신속하게 대응합니다.
운영 데이터를 분석하여 개선 과제를 도출하고 실행 계획을 수립합니다.
안정적이고 효율적인 운송 운영을 지원합니다.
4. 고객 서비스 및 협업
고객 요구사항을 파악하고 운송 서비스 전 과정을 관리합니다.
고객 불만 및 클레임을 처리하고 고객 만족도 향상에 기여합니다.
내부 유관 부서 및 외부 파트너와 협업하여 원활한 운영을 지원합니다.
5. 팀 관리 및 역량 강화
팀 목표를 수립하고 업무를 배분하며 구성원을 지원합니다.
교육 및 코칭을 통해 팀원의 전문성과 서비스 역량을 향상시킵니다.

자격 요건
물류 또는 운송 운영 관련 경력 1~3년 이상
창고 운영 및 물류 산업에 대한 이해 보유
비즈니스 수준 이상의 한국어 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
중국어 또는 영어로 원활한 업무 커뮤니케이션 가능자
높은 책임감과 성실성을 갖춘 분
적극적인 업무 태도와 우수한 학습 능력 및 실행력 보유
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 활용 가능자
Key Responsibilities
1. Transportation Process Planning & Optimization
Develop transportation strategies based on business requirements and optimize end-to-end transportation processes, including cargo collection, sorting, transit, and delivery.
Optimize transportation routes to minimize returns and improve operational efficiency.
Establish and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
2. Carrier & Resource Management
Evaluate and select qualified transportation partners and manage carrier performance.
Monitor daily transportation operations and resolve operational issues and exceptions.
Integrate transportation resources, develop new transportation channels, and optimize route and capacity planning.
Ensure service quality and on-time delivery performance.
3. Operations Monitoring & Problem Resolution
Monitor key transportation metrics, including costs, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Establish risk-monitoring mechanisms and respond promptly to operational abnormalities.
Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement optimization initiatives.
Ensure stable and efficient transportation operations.
4. Customer Service & Cross-functional Collaboration
Manage the end-to-end customer service cycle and align transportation solutions with customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints and claims while maintaining high service standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless transportation execution.
5. Team Management & Capability Development
Set team objectives, allocate responsibilities, and support team performance.
Provide training and coaching to improve professional capabilities and customer service awareness.
Build a sustainable talent development framework to support long-term business growth.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation operations, or related fields.
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and the logistics industry.
Business-level Korean proficiency is required.
Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese or English.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with strong learning agility and execution capability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

根据业务需求制定运输策略，优化揽收、分拣、中转及配送等全链路运输流程。
优化运输线路，降低退货率，提高运输效率。
建立并持续完善标准作业流程（SOP），提升运营效率并降低运营成本。
2. 承运商及资源管理
评估并筛选优质承运商，建立并执行承运商绩效管理体系。
负责承运商日常运营管理，及时处理运营异常问题。
整合运输资源，开发新的运输渠道，优化线路规划及运力配置。
确保运输服务质量及配送时效达成。
3. 运营监控与问题解决
实时监控运输成本、运营效率及盈利情况等关键指标。
建立风险预警机制，及时发现并处理异常情况。
分析运营数据，识别优化机会并推动改善方案落地。
确保运输业务稳定、高效运行。
4. 客户服务与协同管理
对接客户需求，管理运输服务全流程。
负责客户投诉及索赔处理，提升客户满意度。
协调内部团队及外部合作伙伴，确保运输流程顺畅执行。
5. 团队管理与能力建设
制定团队目标，合理分配工作任务并推动执行。
通过培训与指导提升团队专业能力和服务意识。
建立人才培养机制，支持运输业务持续发展。
任职要求
1-3年物流、运输运营或相关领域工作经验。
熟悉仓储运营流程及物流行业运作模式。
具备商务水平韩语能力。
能够使用中文或英文进行工作沟通。
责任心强，诚信可靠，注重细节。
具备积极主动的工作态度、较强的学习能力和执行力。
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，包括Excel、PowerPoint和Word。
