자격 요건
물류 영업, 국제운송(Freight Forwarding), 공급망(Supply Chain), 계약물류(Contract Logistics) 또는 관련 분야 경력 보유
한국, 중국 또는 일본 시장 대상 영업 경험 보유자 우대
우수한 커뮤니케이션, 협상 및 고객 관리 능력
한국어 원어민 수준 또는 비즈니스 수준 구사 가능자
중국어 또는 영어 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대
고객 중심의 문제 해결 능력 보유
고객 요구사항 분석 및 솔루션 제안 역량 보유

Logistics Sales Manager / Senior Logistics Sales
About JD Logistics Korea
JD Logistics is one of the world's leading technology-driven supply chain and logistics service providers. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Logistics Sales professional to join our growing team in Korea. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify and engage prospective customers, understand their logistics requirements, and provide customized supply chain solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, customer service, and logistics to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in logistics sales, freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, contract logistics, or a related field.
Strong network and business development capabilities within the Korea, China, or Japan market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Native or business-level Korean proficiency (written and spoken).
Business-level Mandarin Chinese or English proficiency is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide strategic logistics solutions.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
