Principal Developer - Next Generation Sequencing - Translational Research, Innovation & Test Development Office (TRITDO)

Division/Departmental test development/innovation platform leader who develops, innovates, evaluates, and implements novel/new tests, methodologies, technologies, or products for the laboratory under the intellectual and scientific guidance of laboratory directors and senior principal developer. Test development/innovation platform leader responsible for development/innovation support of multiple projects across the division/department. Responsible for improvement of existing methods or implementation of novel technology of proven validity. Test development/innovation platform leader on cross-departmental teams, including Bioinformatics and IT, to create final recommendations to the laboratory directors and supervisors in the evaluation of novel laboratory equipment, instrumentation, procedures, and computer software and hardware. Test development/innovation platform leader and mentor for test development /innovation staff.
