Job Overview:

As a part of the Global Application Management and Support (GAMS) team, this individual will be responsible to manage the development and modernization of EDMS (iDocs) Platform technically. With this role we are looking to strengthen development and support team who will liaise with cross-functional teams, to ensure successful delivery of support services at McDermott. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background and also has a good understanding of business processes related to Document management.

This role requires innovative/constructive thinking, in-depth technical expertise, process knowledge, operational experience for a globally spread support team. The Development Lead provides hands-on technical leadership for enterprise web applications built with Angular, Java and Python. The role owns solution design, engineering quality, secure delivery, release readiness and production reliability while coaching developers and partnering with Product, UX, Architecture, Security, DevOps, Data and Support teams.

The Lead converts business priorities into scalable, maintainable solutions and ensures the team delivers with clear ownership, disciplined testing and measurable operational outcomes.
