The Senior Manager Quality Operations is tasked with developing departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities. The role requires multi-disciplinary expertise and the ability to understand the industry to achieve financial and operational objectives. The Senior Manager Quality Operations manages multiple related Teams including partners, sets organizational priorities, and allocates the appropriate resources. They must identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems. The Senior Manager of Quality Operations directly impacts business results by supporting function-specific projects, products, services, and technologies and developing policies and plans.
