On behalf of Volkswagen Financial Services AG, we manage a range of customer loyalty and bonus programs and are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to support our customers via phone and email.

Your challenge:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, answering questions about contracts, bonus points, and orders.
Deliver fast, effective, and customer-focused solutions that have a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
Contribute your own ideas and experience to simplify processes and continuously improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.
What you’ll need:
Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification and have previous experience in customer service or handling customer inquiries.
You are known for your calm, empathetic communication style and your professional approach to customer interactions.
You remain composed under pressure and impress with your positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
You work in a structured, organized, and independent manner and communicate confidently.
Professional working proficiency in German, both written and spoken, is required.
You have strong MS Office skills and enjoy working with and maintaining customer and transaction data.
