In this role, you will provide phone triages, screening services, referral, and support for individuals with Mental Health, Substance Use, ID and Co-Occurring Disorders. Starting Salary: $38,719.41-$44,527.32-Depending on Experience
Education/Experience Required:
- Graduation from High School or equivalent with at least one year of experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in education, social work, psychology, or human services related field is preferred.
- Two years PSAP or emergency call taker experience preferred but not required.
Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages
