Job Summary
Newmark Occupier Solutions is seeking a skilled and self-directed Mobile Facilities Engineer to support the VW
Occupier Solutions program in the Chattanooga, Tennessee market. This role is responsible for maintaining safe,
fully operational facilities across six mixed commercial locations — including dealership, office, and light
manufacturing environments — through a combination of scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive work
order response.
The engineer will operate as a mobile resource traveling between all six sites in a company-provided vehicle,
serving as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for day-to-day facility needs. This is a fully Integrated
Facilities Management (IFM) role requiring strong multi-trade competency, sound judgment for escalation, and
the ability to work independently with minimal supervision across a geographically dispersed account.
