The Facility Coordinator / Gatekeeper R&D supports the Facility Manager and the Building Manager in the organization and coordination of services at the R&D south area at the Dow site with regard to management and maintenance of assigned R&D buildings and installations. The emphasis of the job will be a good mix of solving (simple) malfunctions in installations and the operational coordination and management of contracted companies (suppliers and contractors).
