Job Description
Contacts and schedules patient/client’s appointments for consultations, meetings with community agencies and/or diagnostic tests. Sets-up and maintains files and records. Collects and organizes statistical reports.
Job Responsibility
- Contacts patients; schedules appointments for consultations, agency meetings and/or diagnostic tests.
- Collects and organizes data required for statistical reports and completes reports, as required.
- Attends and participates in meetings as appropriate.
- Sets-up files and maintains records.
- Provides incoming and in-process orientation.
- Based on position, may be required to provide bi-lingual translation and/or guidance.

Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
- Bilingual - fluent in Spanish, highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively while being sensitive to cultural diversity.
Prior experience with the LGBTQ community, preferred .
