This position is ideally suited for an experienced HR professional who wants to provide full-scope HR leadership in a fast-paced, growing, operational organization with a unique combination of professionals, technical employees, and skilled trades at our primary office Hanover, MD and smaller locations around the country. We are seeking an experienced, practical, and strategic HR leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, building credibility with leaders and frontline employees, and balancing strategic people priorities with day-to-day operational needs.
Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. We develop products and services for use throughout the lifecycle of an offshore oilfield, from drilling to decommissioning. We operate the world's premier fleet of work class ROVs. Additionally, we are a leader in offshore oilfield maintenance services, umbilicals, subsea hardware, and tooling. We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.
