We are looking for a High School English Teacher for an International School based in Shanghai. This position is available starting in the upcoming 2026–27 academic year in August 2026.

Job details
- Teach English lessons to high school students utilizing IB framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English or related field
- Valid teaching certification / license in English or Language Arts
- Previous teaching experience with ESL students
- 2 years of IB-DP English B teaching experience preferred
- Previous experience teaching the IB curriculum preferred

- Monthly salary range of 22,000 RMB to 25,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
