SEO Specialist | Digital Marketing Agency
Elevate and Delegate · Remote
Role type: full-time, fully remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Discussed during screening.
About the Client
An award-winning digital marketing agency based in Austin, Texas, specializing in home services and healthcare industries, including HVAC, plumbing, roofing, dental practices, LASIK centers, and medical clinics. The company is focused on delivering measurable results, prioritizing revenue and lead generation over vanity metrics. Its SEO approach is comprehensive, covering technical, on-page, off-page, local, and content strategies, all tailored to each client rather than using a one-size-fits-all methodology.
What You Will Do
- Run full SEO audits for client websites — find problems, build solutions, track results
- Do keyword research and build content strategies based on search intent, competition, and SERP behavior
- Implement on-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content optimization
- Handle technical SEO: site speed, schema markup, structured data, XML sitemaps, 301 redirects, crawl errors, and indexing issues
- Build and manage local SEO strategies: Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, NAP consistency, and location pages
- Execute link-building campaigns: outreach, link auditing, and building high-quality backlinks
- Write or optimize SEO content: blog posts, landing pages, and service pages that rank and convert
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to improve SEO workflows — from content ideation to keyword clustering to technical audits
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs
- Deliver clear performance reports to account managers and participate in client communication when needed
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging SEO tools and methods
- Optimize for AI and LLM visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) as part of evolving search strategy

- Our team will carefully review your submission, and if shortlisted, we’ll share your responses with the client for their review and next steps.

- Come prepared and make sure you’re clearly visible on camera.
- Record your answers in a quiet, well-lit, and clutter-free space with a stable internet connection.
- We’re excited to get to know you better! Show us your personality and strengths. We encourage you to answer authentically and in your own words, without reading from a script or using AI tools.
- Once the initial screening is cleared, our team will send you a link for the client-required written assessment via Test Gorilla. Only candidates who successfully pass both the initial screening and written assessment will be scheduled for a client interview.
