Background

 • 10+ years of experience in financial management

 • Qualified Accountant (ACCA,CA,CMA) with expertise in financial governance and commercial finance.

 • Exposure to Western markets and multinational corporate structures.

 • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion ERP. 

Key Skills

 • Commercial & Strategic Finance – Deep understanding of pricing models, business performance analysis, and financial forecasting.

 • Financial Governance & Risk Management – Ability to drive compliance, financial integrity, and regulatory alignment.

 Profile

 • Direct oversight on finance strategy and governance with a reporting line to COO and dotted line to GCFO

 • Works closely with commercial, operations, and executive leadership teams to align financial planning with business growth.

 • Ability to uphold governance and financial controls, resisting undue business pressure while maintaining collaboration.

 • Requires a resilient leader who can maintain financial discipline and challenge business decisions when necessary.
