• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and
  maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data
  storage systems.
• IT Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain an effective IT
  governance framework aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
• Policy and Standards: Create, review, and update IT policies, standards,
  and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and
  regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely
  delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring
  efficient allocation of resources.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and identify
  opportunities to leverage them for business advantage.
  Operational (General)
• Manages multiple projects, within their discipline. This typically includes:
• Develops or ensures the development of accurate and thorough forecasts
• Establishes plans that prioritize initiatives, based on an understanding of
  the needs of the business
• Ensures resources and organization structure are in place and operating
  effectively
• Proactively evaluate the effectiveness of processes utilized within the
  department, and make and implement improvements as needed in order to
  increase efficiency
