Who We Are & Why This Role Exists
We are an Executive Search firm operating at the sharpest end of quant, finance and technology recruitment.
Five years ago, we entered one of the most competitive markets in the world with no brand, no inherited clients and no right to win.
Today, we consistently outperform firms with decades of heritage.
The numbers:
$660k+ average production per head
$100k-700k fee mandates
Multiple seven-figure billers
We didn't win by luck. We won by building a platform that compounds performance: combining process, pressure and execution. Now, we're scaling that platform further and giving you the chance to join.
From day one, you'll have access to:
Elite hedge fund and quant tech clients with live mandates
A warm desk with active accounts and candidate networks
A deal-making environment designed to amplify output
Proven execution frameworks to accelerate credibility in a new market
Other agencies expect you to start from zero. We don't. We've already built the platform and the knowledge, and we're looking for high performers.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll step into a desk aligned to high-value, ongoing demand focused on the global hedge fund and quant technology markets.
You'll operate within an established platform built over five years, giving you access to elite clients, live mandates and proven deal flow from day one.
You'll be expected to run a full 270 desk, owning both client and candidate relationships, executing complex searches and closing high-value deals.
You'll be supported to:
Build credibility quickly in a new, high-performance market
Execute retained and contingent searches for elite funds
Engage and place world-class quant and technology talent
Operate with pace, precision and commercial focus
All within a system designed to accelerate your billing, not slow it down.
About You
You will currently be in a B2B role, for example Key Account Management, Business Development, BDR, Commercial Sales Graduate, or Appointment Setting. You will pride yourself on selling through building relationships and be ready to make the jump into recruitment where those skills can pay off properly.
You will likely:
Have a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
Be comfortable handling objections and closing conversations with confidence
Be highly self-motivated, with the drive to push yourself without needing to be chased
Take ownership and accountability for your own results, good or bad
Be coachable — genuinely open to feedback and quick to act on it
Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Be resilient — able to handle rejection and stay motivated through it
Be ambitious, with real hunger for uncapped earning potential rather than a fixed ceiling
Communicate clearly and build trust quickly with people you've just met
