Senior Lead / Lead level in Compute area 

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead / Lead in the Compute area with a strong background in software engineering concepts, cloud computing platforms, and infrastructure provisioning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in containerization, cloud security practices, and hands-on experience with various cloud technologies. 

Responsibilities: 

Software Engineering Expertise: 

Possess formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with at least 5+ years of practical experience. 

Cloud Computing Platforms: 

Hands-on experience with one or more cloud computing providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. 

Containerization and Orchestration: 

Advanced knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS). 

Cloud Infrastructure Provisioning: 

Proficiency with tools for cloud infrastructure provisioning such as Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, and CloudFormation. 

Programming Proficiency: 

Proficient in programming languages such as Golang, Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and understanding of software development best practices. 

Monitoring and Logging Tools: 

Hands-on experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, etc. 

Cloud Security Best Practices: 

Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, shift left methodologies, and experience with DevSecOps processes. 

Technical Leadership: 

Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes, with considerable depth in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, AI, ML). 

Independent Problem Solving:
