The successful candidate must be fluent in Chinese and English and able to relocate to Malaysia, Singapore, or Thailand as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities
Finished Goods (FG) Sourcing – 40%

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for products and packaging not manufactured in-house.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with external manufacturers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from order placement through on-time receipt of goods.
Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supply chain risks to ensure business competitiveness.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Operations) to align sourcing strategies with company objectives.
Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency and product quality.

Account Management (Business Development & Account Growth) – 60%

Serve as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring satisfaction, service excellence, and long-term partnership.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets and categories aligned with company growth strategies.
Strengthen existing accounts by identifying cross-category opportunities and introducing new product and packaging concepts.
Partner with internal teams (R&D, Sourcing, Marketing, Supply Chain, QA) to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.
Lead commercial discussions including proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and contract finalization.
Monitor account performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to management.
Undertake other projects or initiatives as assigned to support business and organizational goals
