Your Responsibilities
- You will guide customers through detailed consultations to support their appliance selection and purchase
- Through understanding customer needs, you recommend suitable products and solutions that support long-term use
- By identifying opportunities, you promote upgraded products and accessories to enhance the customer experience
- With a strong focus on service, you deliver a high-quality and engaging customer experience across every interaction
- As part of the sales team, you contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement
- Across multiple channels including telephone and email, you communicate confidently and respond to customer queries and quotations professionally
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging customers across telephone and written channels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Good IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- A team-focused approach with a strong sense of accountability for achieving results
Working Hours
- We have an opportunity for a full-time position, working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week across 5 days
- Additionally we have a part-time position available working 26 hours per week with flexibility on the number of days
- Saturday working on a rota basis (typically 1 in 3) with a day off in lieu
- Flexibility required to meet business needs
- Working hours typically between 08:00–18:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00–16:00 Saturday
