Max. 28 years old & Single
Possess Bachelor or Master Degree with GPA min 3.25 out of 4.00 or equivalent
Outstanding achievement in academic & non-academic activities that demonstrate the following qualities:
Leadership potential
Strong desire to learn and succeed
Creative and innovative
Ability to Think without the Box
High energy, enthusiasm and drive
Highly proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and verbal
Willing to be placed in all CIMB Niaga location throughout Indonesia
 

TCB Programme is one of the graduate programs at CIMB Niaga whose main purpose is to prepare fresh graduate talents with comprehensive general banking knowledge and exposure to be placed in key positions for a short period of time. The period of the education program is 24 months/2 years with bonding agreement. The target position after graduating is a Specialist with expected grading in Assistant Manager (AM)/Manager (M)
