As a Relationship Manager – Elite Banking, you will play a key role in acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients across liabilities, wealth, and lending solutions. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term partnerships by understanding client needs, delivering tailored financial and wealth management solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, deepening client engagement, generating investment and lending opportunities, and achieving budgeted targets while consistently upholding the bank's policies, ethical standards, and code of conduct.
Reporting to the Vice President & Team Manager – Elite Banking, you will be part of a dynamic team of high-performing professionals, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment focused on delivering excellence, driving business growth, and enhancing RAKBANK's position within the UAE's premium banking landscape.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients while achieving targets across liabilities, assets, investments, and revenue.
- Drive new-to-bank customer acquisition through networking, referrals, corporate engagements, community events, and strategic relationship building.
- Deepen existing client relationships by increasing share of wallet through tailored wealth, investment, protection, and lending solutions.
- Provide advisory-led financial solutions across deposits, mutual funds, fixed income products, structured investments, treasury/FX solutions, insurance, and other wealth offerings.
- Identify and generate lending opportunities, including mortgages and secured credit facilities, ensuring clients receive holistic financial solutions.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service, governance, KYC, AML, suitability assessments, and regulatory compliance while delivering a superior Elite Banking experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product partners to maximize client acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare and review credit applications while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to internal policies and risk standards.
- Stay informed of market developments, economic trends, competitor offerings, and investment opportunities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering personalized financial strategies aligned with their wealth creation, preservation, and succession planning needs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Priority Banking, Private Banking, or Affluent Banking.
- CISI Level 3, ICWIM and UAE rules and regulations or SCA certified
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing affluent or high-net-worth customers with strong NTB acquisition capabilities.
- Experience in advisory-led sales of investment products, wealth solutions, and liability products.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, lending, mortgage, and investment solutions.
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, communication, and business development skills with a customer-centric mindset.
