What You’ll Be Doing:

To identify, market and book new liability/transaction business accounts along with ensuring robust portfolio growth.
To work closely with other units in order to maximize cross sell opportunities.
To meet the financial targets.
To ensure that clients conform to the Bank’s compliance criteria.
To ensure that processes/controls are adhered as per the Bank’s guidelines.
Manage and grow a portfolio of Business Liability customers under their purview through low cost transactional money.
Grow the business by adding new business customers.
Handle service requirements of all clients under the team to ensure client expectations are met through coordination with respective service /Back office teams.
Ensure that clients conform to the bank’s compliance criteria. All SAS and Correspondent Bank queries are resolved in a timely manner as per department TAT.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

University Degree
Experience in in business banking relationship
Experience in Abu Dhabi region

Key competencies:

Selling skills, knowledge of local legal system as applicable to Banking, Local commercial banking practice
Anti-Money Laundering guidelines and ability to source only legitimate business and Awareness of Central Bank guidelines and regulations
Good Leadership, people management, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Sound understanding of Business environment, customer needs and competitive environment
Good presentation skills, negotiating and networking skills with internal and external customers
Should have good knowledge of RAKBANK retail products
HNWI Relationship Management skills
To make appropriate pricing decisions in Relationship Management
To translate customer feedback into Product improvements
Strong selling and interpersonal skills to market new customers and sell the bank’s products
Ability to understand alternative investment opportunities to resist competitive pressures and retain clients
Initiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standards

About the role: To manage and grow a portfolio of Business Liability relationships in elite team by meeting or exceeding budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards (as detailed in the policy guidelines) through strong acquisition and relationship management skills and effective service delivery. To effectively cross sell the entire range of Business banking and other products to business customers.
