About the Role:

As a Branch Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service within the branch environment. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling personal loan products to UAE National customers, ensuring a customer-centric and consultative approach throughout the sales journey.

In this role, you will act as the face of Branch, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will be responsible for creating a positive, professional, and engaging customer experience, reinforcing the bank’s brand image and reputation in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Execute branch sales and service tasks with accuracy and within defined turnaround times (TAT), ensuring a seamless customer experience

Promote and sell banking products (primarily personal loans) to achieve assigned sales targets

Provide professional guidance and product information to customers, ensuring adherence to the Staff Code of Conduct

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support business objectives

Support day-to-day branch operations under the guidance of the Line Manager, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures

Deliver all assigned sales and service activities with precision, timeliness, and high service standards

Ensure strict adherence to:

Branch Governance Charter

Operating Procedures and service standards

Regulatory, compliance, and risk management guidelines

Follow approved product programs, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns as per the bank’s sales strategy

Handle routine customer queries and issues, ensuring resolution through established processes and escalation where required

Participate in Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities and complete required trainings

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in banking, client relationship management, or customer service, preferably within a HNWI / Priority Banking / Relationship Management environment
• Proven experience in managing and growing high-value client relationships
