Propósito del rol:
El/la Jefe Comercial y de Operaciones Retail será responsable de liderar integralmente el desempeño del canal Retail de Natura en Colombia .
 

Responsabilidades Principales:
A. Frentes Comerciales (Qué y Cuánto)
1. Construcción y seguimiento del presupuesto (OTL, ventas, rentabilidad)

• Liderar el presupuesto anual y metas por tienda, categoría y campaña.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de OTL, ventas, margen y rentabilidad por m².
• Activar decisiones correctivas basadas en desempeño y proyecciones.

2. Expansión y nuevos formatos:

• Ser responsable comercial del crecimiento de la red: análisis, proyecciones, rentabilidad y metas.
• Desarrollar el business case de cada apertura y su maduración post-apertura.
• Asegurar rentabilidad de la expansión y consistencia de formatos.

3. Análisis de performance y Business Intelligence:

• Liderar análisis integral de KPIs: tráfico, conversión, ticket, UPT, categorías, productividad, margen.
• Generar insights para optimizar campañas, tiendas, categorías y formato.

4. Coordinación Comercial con Visual Merchandising y Trade Marketing:

• Alinear el plan comercial con exhibiciones, vitrinas, bundles y activaciones por categoría.
• Hacer seguimiento al impacto comercial de vitrinas, campañas y materiales.
• Coordinar prioridades con marketing retail y visual para maximizar resultados.

B. Frentes Operacionales (Cómo y Con Quién)
1. Gestión de la fuerza de ventas y dotación:

• Garantizar dotación adecuada por tienda y temporada.
• Asegurar productividad, clima laboral positivo y motivación del equipo.
• Coordinar entrenamiento, comunicación y objetivos del personal retail.

2. Implementación, control y mejora de procesos:

• Asegurar el cumplimiento operativos en toda la red.
• Identificar oportunidades de optimización operacional.
• Liderar auditorías, actualizaciones de proceso y medidas correctivas.

3. Gestión de inventarios y control de pérdidas:

• Supervisar inventarios cíclicos, generales y auditorías.
• Controlar shrinkage, diferencias de inventario y manejo de testers.
• Garantizar integridad del inventario y mejora continua en los procesos de control.

4. Seguimiento Operacional de KPIs:

• Administrar KPIs operativos clave: conversión, ticket, UPT, shrinkage, productividad.
• Activar correcciones y mejoras con equipos de tienda en tiempo real.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares, disciplina operativa y excelencia diaria.

• Rentabilidad por m²
• Rentabilidad de la expansión
• Performance por categoría

Operacionales:

• Shrinkage / pérdidas
• Auditorías de inventario
• Productividad por vendedor
• Conversión
• Ticket Promedio
• UPT
• NPS Retail

Perfil del Rol:
Formación

• Profesional en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería, Mercadeo o áreas afines.
• Deseable especialización en Retail, Comercial, Operaciones o Gerencia.

Experiencia

• 5 años en retail, operaciones, comercial o roles híbridos.
• Manejo de inventarios, rentabilidad y performance comercial.
• Experiencia en expansión o apertura de tiendas (deseable).
