Responsable de impulsar la evolución del área de Customer Care y la experiencia al cliente a través de la digitalización y automatización. Debe garantizar la excelencia operativa implementando herramientas digitales para conectar procesos. Genera un impacto directo en la rentabilidad y eficiencia del negocio mediante el análisis proactivo y predictivo de datos y la optimización de las plataformas de atención. Además, define e implementa acciones de mejora continua para los diferentes públicos, promoviendo en todo momento la evolución digital de los procesos.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Co-diseño de la Experiencia y Automatización (35%): Mapear el Customer Journey y diseñar flujos operativos de atención omnicanal. Colaborar con áreas técnicas para implementar IA y Chatbots, asegurando que la automatización mantenga la empatía y calidez de la marca.
Análisis Predictivo e Innovación (35%): Analizar métricas operativas (CSAT, NPS, eficiencias) de forma proactiva y predictiva para identificar tendencias o causas raíz. Investigar soluciones creativas en el mercado para transformar la atención.
Gestión de Proyectos y Mejora Continua (20%): Liderar proyectos interfuncionales enfocados en la adopción tecnológica, estandarización de procesos y despliegue correcto de herramientas digitales.
Atención Especializada (10%): Monitorear y resolver casos complejos o escalados en el entorno digital, funcionando como punto de referencia para incidentes críticos.
Perfil requerido:
Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o de Sistemas.
Mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia gestionando plataformas de atención omnicanal y en la implementación de herramientas digitales sin intervención manual.
Sólido dominio funcional en arquitectura de flujos, integraciones de sistemas, IA, Chatbots y herramientas avanzadas de análisis y visualización de datos.
Idiomas: Portugués intermedio o avanzado (deseable).
