Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Belgrade, Hybrid
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join NCR Atleos' Telecom & Technology (T&T) organization. The role owns customer and commercial activities across active projects, renewals and upsell, smaller sales opportunities, and new-customer onboarding, working across Sales, Services, Finance, Billing, Legal, and customer teams.
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative serves as a commercial point of ownership for assigned customers and projects. The role maintains project outlooks, supports renewals and smaller opportunities, coordinates onboarding, and helps resolve purchase order, billing, accounts receivable, and change-control issues. Success requires proactive ownership, clear customer communication, practical problem solving, and the ability to drive cross-functional actions through completion.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day ownership of assigned active projects and customer relationships, including customer communications, CX contact ownership, and accurate maintenance of opportunity and outlook data in Salesforce.
- Drive renewals and upsell activity by engaging approximately 90 days before renewal, coordinating with CMO/Services and Presales on scope expansion, developing quotes, supporting offer negotiation, and managing smaller opportunities generally below $500K ACV, subject to segment-specific thresholds.
- Coordinate new-logo and customer onboarding activities, including vendor setup, document gathering, NDA/SOW/MSA/LAAS signature workflows, entity setup, CLM documentation, inbound leads, and end-to-end sales-cycle support for smaller customers.
- Manage commercial and operational requirements such as purchase order replacements and uplifts, change controls, and new projects below applicable Inside Sales thresholds, partnering with customers and internal teams to remove blockers.
- Support billing and accounts receivable resolution through customer communication and cross-functional coordination on disputes, approvals, invoice questions, and purchase order issues.
- Identify process weaknesses and recurring pain points, develop practical improvement recommendations, coordinate implementation, and monitor actions through completion.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, sales operations, commercial operations, or another customer-facing B2B role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting commercial activities such as renewals, quotations/opportunities, purchase orders, change controls, customer onboarding, contracts, billing, or accounts receivable issue resolution.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform to maintain opportunities, forecasts/outlooks, and customer activity.
- Professional fluency in English, with experience communicating directly with customers and coordinating work across multiple internal functions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology services, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, managed services, or a similar B2B environment.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management, vendor onboarding, and commercial documents such as NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, and related agreements.
- Experience managing renewals or smaller commercial opportunities through the full sales cycle, including quoting and customer negotiation support.
- Experience leading process-improvement initiatives or coordinating cross-functional projects in a global, matrixed organization.
