What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule field service activities for NCR Atleos technicians
- Communicate with customers, field engineers, and internal stakeholders regarding service requests
- Monitor and manage service calls to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Prioritize tasks and make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze service situations and identify the most effective solutions
- Ensure all activities are accurately documented and updated in company systems
- Collaborate with international teams across different regions and time zones
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German or Turkish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Previous customer service, coordination, dispatching, planning, or administrative experience is an advantage
