Responsible to independently or under the supervision of senior sonographer perform all sonography imagery procedures, analyze output and report to supervisor as needed.
Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with clinical standards. Responsible for producing diagnostic-quality images, operating ultrasound equipment safely and effectively, supporting radiologists and clinical teams, maintaining quality and infection control standards, and participating in staff education and continuous professional development. Ensure accurate documentation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
