As Sales Account Manager, this position will develop new business opportunity in East China, drive results by partnering with the management align with strategic growth plan. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Account Manager for East China will have the responsibility to achieve the target revenue in addition to strategic goals. 作为公司华东区销售客户经理，该岗位能够胜任压力下的工作，不断挑战自我，完成销售业绩的增长，并达成销售目标。

What you will do: 

• Develop and agree the strategic sales direction with Management for market segments, product platform and key focus customers. Achieve the target set by Management. 在与管理层一致认可的策略方向的基础上，充分利用公司产品平台聚焦重点开发客户，完成公司制定的目标。

• Communicate, measure and work with line manager to achieve the strategic growth initiatives. 与直线经理充分交流探讨，并协作完成业务的策略性发展。

• Understand company offering of solution and services. 理解公司所能提供的解决方案和服务。

• Customer Management 客户管理。

• Maintain existing customers and business, meanwhile developing new opportunities in that region to ensure sales growth. 维护现有客户和业务，同时在华东地区开发新客户，找到新机会，以保证业务的持续发展。

• Develop customer relationship, establish mutual trust and reliability. 发展客勤关系，建立相互信赖。

• Customer understanding, including customer needs, and dig customer needs to generate pipeline. 关注客户，理解客户，包括客户需求，并深层次挖掘客户需求。

• Give promptly response to customer’s needs, especially on documentations, samples and quotations. 对于客户的需求及时回应，尤其关注资料、样品、报价需求。

• Identify from customer needs to project, be clear with business objectives, communicate well with support team to win the project. 从客户的需求中识别并产生项目，清晰了解业务目标，有效地与支持团队沟通，按时完成并赢得项目。

• Distributor Management 代理商管理

• Cooperating closely with our distributor, good communicating with each member of them in daily work. 与指定代理商紧密合作，了解代理商每位销售的日常工作。

• Providing all documents and logistic information to distributor if they require. 在代理商需要时，提供所有的资料和物流信息。

• Joint customer visiting with distributor’s sales is must, to enhance the winning rate of projects. 与代理商共同拜访客户是必须的，来增加项目的赢取几率。

• Knowing Sensient products well and giving training to distributor regularly. 熟知森馨的产品，并定期给代理商培训。

  Who are we looking for? 

• Min Bachelor degree on food science or relevant field  
• No sales experience required. If you’ve got the drive to win, a curious mind, and lead with empathy, this is the career break you’ve been waiting for.
• You're self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented. 
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office  

• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
