As a Datacenter Sales Specialist, you are much more than a subject matter expert; you are a key driver of growth for NTT DATA Inc.

Your mission is to accelerate our Hybrid Data Center business by identifying new market opportunities, developing qualified pipeline, and helping customers modernize their infrastructure to support business growth, resilience, security, compliance, AI adoption, and cloud transformation.

Beyond supporting Client Managers on qualified opportunities, you actively create demand, open new conversations with customers, and develop business within strategic accounts. Working closely with Client Managers, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and technology partners, you will position innovative infrastructure and cloud solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will engage senior decision-makers throughout the sales cycle and play a critical role in strengthening NTT DATA's position as a trusted technology partner.

Your Mission

Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new Hybrid Data Center opportunities.
Build and develop a strong pipeline through direct prospecting, partner engagement, networking, industry events, and social selling.
Expand business within strategic accounts while supporting Client Managers on qualified opportunities.
Lead customer discussions around datacenter modernization, hybrid cloud, virtualization, AI-ready infrastructure, data resilience, and sovereign IT strategies.
Understand customer business challenges and translate them into value-driven solutions focused on operational efficiency, risk reduction, compliance, and business growth.
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, assessments, and executive briefings to generate new opportunities and accelerate deal progression.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, pre-sales teams, delivery teams, and technology partners to design and present tailored solutions.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and guide opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle.
Develop and position differentiated solutions by combining infrastructure, cloud, managed services, consulting, and lifecycle services.
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies across Hybrid Data Center, Cloud, AI, and Infrastructure solutions.
Build strong relationships with strategic technology partners such as Dell Technologies, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and AWS.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity governance while achieving ambitious sales targets.

Your Profile

Fluent English and Dutch, with the ability to engage effectively with international stakeholders.
Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in selling IT infrastructure, datacenter, cloud, or managed services solutions.
Strong expertise in hybrid datacenter environments, including servers, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure modernization.
Solid knowledge of public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Experience working with major technology vendors such as Dell Technologies, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, or equivalent ecosystem partners.
Demonstrated ability to develop business, generate pipeline, and manage complex sales cycles with enterprise customers.
Comfortable engaging and negotiating with senior executives and business decision-makers.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Experience or exposure to AI infrastructure, data platforms, or NVIDIA-based ecosystems would be considered a strong advantage.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping customers solve business challenges through technology.
