•ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance - PM) ตามแผนงานที่กำหนด •สังเกต วิเคราะห์ และค้นหาสิ่งผิดปกติของเครื่องจักรอย่างกระตือรือร้น พร้อมเข้าแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานได้อย่างทันท่วงที •จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการซ่อมบำรุง ประวัติการเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ และสถานะของเครื่องจักรอย่างเป็นระบบ •อ่านและเขียนแบบเครื่องกลเบื้องต้น เพื่อสนับสนุนการซ่อมแซม ดัดแปลง หรือสั่งทำชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ •นำเสนอไอเดียใหม่ๆ และมีส่วนร่วมในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานหรือเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร (Continuous Improvement) •อ่านและตีความแบบแปลนไฟฟ้า และแผนผังทางเทคนิค •ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาระบบไฟฟ้า พร้อมดำเนินการแก้ไข •บันทึกข้อมูลประวัติการซ่อมและจัดการใบสั่งงานผ่านระบบ SAP •ปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย •ประสานงานกับทีมงานและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้งานสำเร็จตามเวลาและงบประมาณ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  1. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) สาขาไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือสาขาอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 3 ปี (อุตสาหกรรม Electronics จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน งานซ่อมบำรุง และ/ หรือระบบควบคุมเครื่องจักร เช่น Pump , Gear
  4. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการทำงานของเครื่องจักรกลและระบบไฟฟ้าเป็นอย่างดี
  5. สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดเบื้องต้นได้
  6. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อจัดทำรายงาน เช่น MS Office (Excel)
  7. มีทักษะการเขียนแบบ/อ่านแบบเครื่องกลเบื้องต้น
  8. มีทักษะในการ วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค (Troubleshooting) ได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
  9. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน ความปลอดภัยในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม เช่น 5S, Lockout/Tagout, HSE
