You might be:
A non-technical builder who wants to help with operations, sales, or growth
A student who wants to work part-time or as an intern
Someone with unique skills we haven't thought of yet
Curious about energy, climate, and building from scratch
What matters:
You align with our mission to transform industrial energy
You have a builder mindset and high agency
You're excited about early-stage chaos
You want to learn fast and make real impact
Fluent in German (at least C1)
You Could Work On
Customer success and building relationships with battery manufacturers
Sales and marketing
Growth and business development
Literally anything else where you can add value
