Your Opportunity
Stantec is seeking a Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team of technical and business professionals. The candidate will work directly with city staff to successfully manage and implement multi-discipline projects. This position will coordinate, and lead project teams focused on engineering and construction related services for clients primarily located in Minnesota.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Client Service, Development, Management, and Growth
- Opportunity Identification and Pursuits
- Project Development
- Mentor and empower other team members
- Execute and manage complex civil engineering designs
- Serve as a technical design expert for projects and supervise and manage work through junior staff to develop and execute design
- Plan and manage projects and tasks to complete them on time and within budget
- Supervision of Engineers, Technologists, and Designers
- Ongoing coordination between developer personnel and city and field staff throughout construction of the public improvements.
