Oversee the financial and contractual aspects of projects and provide support on all financial and contractual matters throughout the course of the project including reporting both internally and externally.
Assess Contractor’s monthly payment applications, making sure that all cost and quantity records are streamlined and kept in order and provide the appropriate reports to our Clients.
Liaise with the measurement QS team for any measurement related and pricing matters.
Ensure that records are being kept as required and to the appropriate level of detail.
Advise on contractor’s resource allocation.
