Position Summary

As an Experienced Retail Bootfitter, you will be instrumental in delivering an outstanding guest experience by combining advanced technical knowledge, personalized service, and hands-on fitting expertise. You will assess the physical needs, style, and performance goals of each guest, guiding them to ski or snowboard boots that fit correctly, perform well, and support their time on the mountain. You’ll apply complex modifications, perform repairs, and offer custom enhancements as needed to ensure comfort, safety, and optimal performance. In addition to guest-facing responsibilities, Retail Bootfitter 2 is responsible for training and leading workshops on boot sales and bootfitting practices as directed by the Retail Sales Manager, coaching Retail Bootfitter 1 on errors made during the bootfitting process, and fixing or improving the work of Retail Bootfitter 1 to uphold service quality and technical standards.
