This role is part of the Mercator Business Systems Support Team specialising in Entica support & development and the Product Specialist is expected to learn quickly about the business processes and the supporting applications from the inside out. The role will work closely with the Mercator IT Applications Manager to help drive the delivery of the roadmap further.
