Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, consistent customer service while taking appropriate corrective actions whenever needed.
Serve as the first point of contact for all telephone inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional support.
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and within agreed service standards.
Maintain service quality by adhering to established policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.
Represent TKH professionally by following approved call scripts and telephone etiquette standards.
Coordinate with the Student Services team to ensure customer inquiries are resolved effectively.
Handle customer complaints and challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
De-escalate difficult calls and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the education sector or a similar industry.
