Residential Learning Coordinator

Under the leadership of the Director and the Associate Director of Housing and Residence Life, the Residential Learning Coordinator (RLC) oversees multiple residential communities within the Trinity College Housing system. The Residential Learning Coordinator position is a crucial role within Housing and Residence Life, and this position is responsible for creating, facilitating, and assessing programs, initiatives, and administrative policies that align with the mission of the department.
RLCs report to the Associate Director. This is an in-person, 12-month live-in position. The Residential Learning Coordinator works to foster an inclusive living and learning community that contributes to students’ academic achievement and personal growth.
