Senior Regional Manager, Field HR

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to head our EMEA Field HR Business Partner team. Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will partner with senior business leaders across the region to shape and deliver people strategies that drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and business transformation.
This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for leading a team of HR Business Partners supporting more than 3,000 employees across 22+ countries. You will play a key role in influencing regional business strategy, developing leadership capability, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality people experience across the EMEA region. This is a hybrid position based in Basingstoke, with an expectation of working from the office three days per week.
