Job Summary
As a Key Account Manager at Candy Hoover d.o.o., you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our most important clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue within your assigned key accounts.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand product penetration within key accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned client organizations.
- Understand customer needs and business objectives to effectively position Candy Hoover d.o.o. products and solutions.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless client experience and project delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and company offerings.
What you need to succeed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and [Local Language, e.g., Slovenian] is required.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
