Guru Pay is an EMI based in Lithuania with a goal to deliver a personalized boutique service to B2B, B2C and C2B customers. Our team is small, yet highly ambitious in delivering high-tier service for our business accounts.
We are seeking a pure outbound hunter – someone who thrives in building a client base from scratch, enjoys the chase, and lives for closing deals. If you are looking for a role with a ready-made portfolio, this is not for you. If you get energized by turning “cold” prospects into long-term customers – read on.
What will you do:
- Build your outbound sales pipeline from zero by searching the Guru Pay’s ICP in targeted markets;
- Hit and exceed weekly/monthly KPI for calls, meetings, proposals, and closed deals;
- Prospect using multiple channels – calls, email, LinkedIn, events;
- Represent Guru Pay at international conferences and B2B events to secure new business;
- Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to growing client for the first 6 months
- Report on pipeline health and provide market insights to management;

What we expect:
- Experience in iGaming, Fintech or affiliate targeting the iGaming co-system;
- Proven outbound sales success with measurable KPI achievements;
- A strategist, who can identify the correct individual approach to the perspective customer to seal the deal;
- Close to native English (C1 or above) speaking and writing skills;
- Permit to live and work in Lithuania;
- A positive collaborator - a good team player can delegate and ensure a solution. A great one will ensure effective communication, be involved for speedier answers and will acknowledge their colleague’s input.

The hiring process:
- 30-45 min online expectation alignment call with HR
- 30-45 min online technical call with your potential team lead
- 45-60 min live cultural meet with your potential team leader and manager
