H2 Health Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric outpatient team in Amarillo, Texas. Our pediatric team primarily serves children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. Through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, we focus on improving communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, adaptive skills, and functional independence. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care for every child and family we serve.
Your Role
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and skill carryover across environments
- Partner with interdisciplinary team members, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs)
- Model treatment plan implementation through direct client interaction, coaching, and consultation to support treatment fidelity and successful outcomes
- Support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and meaningful functional progress through individualized ABA programming
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with payer, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current state licensure, if required
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to delivering ethical, compassionate, family-centered ABA services
