Lead and oversee third party claims and legal activities across the Zone.
Monitor and drive loss ratio improvement, claims registration, processing, award compliance and timely settlement of claims.
Manage and monitor MACT litigation, including case strategy , legal proceedings, awards and executions.
Drive settlement of claims through Lok adalats
Monitor performance of panel lawyers
Lead and guide the Zonal team by ensuring proper coordination across geographically dispersed locations.

To lead and oversee the end to end legal and operational management of third party claims across the Zone ie., East, west and central ensuring the effective team and claims handling.
