We are seeking an Occupational Therapist – Lymphedema and Oncology (OT) experience to:

Enjoys a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach to providing care.
Is invested in the evaluation and treatment of patients with oncology and lymphedema conditions in an ambulatory setting.
Is motivated by continued professional growth and is stimulated by a culture of clinical learning and teaching in a large academic system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required

Work Experience

2 years prior relevant experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
