Radiologic Tech Per diem - Mammo

Work Schedule:
Per diem position offering Monday- Friday shifts vary from 7am-5pm, weekends 8am-4:30pm at Union Corners Clinic. This position will work at multiple locations, both diagnostic and screening. Must be able to work multiple weekend shifts and/or back up call each month as well as pick up a minimum of one weekday shift per week. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist – Mammography to:

Perform a wide variety of routine, complex and specialized procedures under the general supervision of the section Team Lead and Radiology Manager.
Provide basic maintenance and repairs, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.
Work collaboratively with staff to prioritize and organize schedules and to triage routine and emergent procedures.
Coordinate and actively participate in the training of other Imaging technologists, fellows, residents, physicians and visiting health care professionals and serve as a clinical instructor for affiliated imaging training programs and assist in training other Imaging technologists.

Qualifications

Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred

Work Experience

Previous healthcare experience Required
2 years of clinical experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

ARRT Radiography (R) Certification Upon Hire Required
Wisconsin Radiological License Upon Hire Required
ARRT Mammography (M) certification within 30 months Required
CPR certification within 3 months Required
