You will be responsible for building and growing relationships with SMB restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success through strategic advertising. By leveraging data-driven insights and industry expertise, you will focus on driving B2B Ads sales, optimizing campaign performance and maximizing business impact for your partners.
THE JOURNEY
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize partner growth, increase sales, and strengthen Glovo’s market presence.
- Build and manage a high-performing portfolio of partners, identifying opportunities to boost their sales and visibility through tailored promotions and initiatives.
- Optimize sales performance by analyzing key metrics such as order volume, product sales, ROI on campaigns, and operational efficiency.
- Drive data-backed decision-making—investigate underperforming campaigns, identify sales trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Run commercial projects to strengthen Glovo’s position in key areas, ensuring partner success and market share growth.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, pitching success rates, and overall team productivity.
- Engage with partners proactively—call restaurants, pitch opportunities, and negotiate deals to unlock new growth.
