Management Trainee (Full Time) position is a 2-to-3-year Management Trainee program. You will be involved in the whole process of the game and digital art production. You will have the opportunity to rotate among different Divisions and Studios/countries and collaborate with different teams such as art, programming, design, finance, and HR. People management, project management, cross-disciplinary collaboration, international communication, and digital transformation will be some of the key disciplines where your skills will be used and reinforced.ed.
