Provides comprehensive legal counsel to the University, including advising on regulatory and compliance matters, negotiating and drafting agreements, supporting litigation, and analyzing laws and policies to guide institutional decision-making.

Responsible for contract development, contract management and contract compliance for specific University/vendor contracts and documents for functions within the Division of Business & Finance.
